Effective August 22, 2026
Budget Squad helps groups record budgets, contributions, expenses, receipts, and settlements. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for using the app lawfully.
Group members can see financial records shared with their group. Hosts control membership and group settings. Do not upload receipts or notes containing information you are not permitted to share.
Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play or the App Store. The store shows the price and billing period before purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal and Premium remains available through the paid period.
Refund eligibility is controlled first by Google Play or the App Store and by applicable law. As a voluntary Budget Squad policy, a monthly request made within 14 days of the most recent charge, or a yearly request made within 30 days of the purchase or renewal, may be approved when Premium features were not used after that charge. We normally refund only the most recent charge, not earlier renewal periods. Duplicate charges, unauthorized purchases, billing errors, and failures to provide paid access are reviewed separately.
Request a store refund first. If the store directs you to us, email namupartners.im@gmail.com with the store, order ID, charge date, amount, and reason. Never send a password or payment-card number.
The app is a recordkeeping tool, not financial, tax, or legal advice. Keep independent copies of records you need. Service availability and features may change when needed for security, law, or reliable operation.
We may restrict abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful use. You can leave groups, archive groups you host, export eligible reports, dismantle a group you host, permanently delete a dismantled group after confirmation, and request permanent account deletion from Settings.
